The Path to Inner Freedom

Starting point

This anonymous example begins with a client’s stress at work. The client felt frustrated by constant availability, a rigid schedule and a lack of control over their own time.

Inner images

During the consultation the problem appeared as an image: first as an assembly-line worker, then at home, as if under house arrest. Image by image, childhood memories surfaced in which the client’s mother restricted their freedom.

Transformation

The client found new perspectives on their own, without outside influence. In the childhood scenes the mother became more caring, the image of home turned into a community event, and the assembly-line worker became a confident team leader.

The client’s experience

According to the client, after the consultation they no longer experienced expectations at work as constant pressure, but as something that could be discussed.

This case study describes an individual experience and does not promise any result.
